Specification for actuation machine

Actuation stroke:

The actuation stroke is individually adjustable from 10-50mm

Height of the bottle:

The actuation machine is adjustable to different bottle heights (Height of the bottle with pump: 40-110mm)

Reference run:

Prior to each actuation stroke a reference run should be made to determine the end of the stroke of the pump

Determination of the end of the stroke:

The determination of the end of the stroke during the reference run and the actuation stroke is possible. The end of the stroke have to be detected either by specific force or specified travel distance until a defined force is reached.

Acceleration and deceleration:

The acceleration and deceleration of the actuation machine is programmed that way that the influence on the actuation speed is as small as possible

Actuation speed:

The actuation speed is individually adjustable from 1-90mm/sec

Actuation force:

During the actuation stroke the actuation force is determined. The maximum dissolution of the system is 0,01mm

Representation of the actuation force:

The measurement of the force is documented through a distance-force-diagram.

Hold time:

The hold time of the actuation machine at the end of the stroke is individually adjustable (0,1 -10 sec)

Re-stroke speed

It is guaranteed that the re-stroke is performed with higher speed than the speed of the spray pump.

Parameter adjustment

All adjustments necessary for the check of the spray pump can be programmed individually.

Re-equipment

The re-equipment of the different adapters or bottles can be performed fast and easy

Interface:

Over a serial interface it is possible to communicate with a PC.

ER/ES

The requirements according to 21 CFR Part 11 (Electronic Records/Electronic Signature) are fulfilled.
