Bottle Booster Information

1. Purpose of the device

The device is used for the actuation of different mechanical spray pumps to determine particle size, spray pattern, dose volume, priming, repriming and actuation force.
The actuation process must take place under defined and reproducible conditions and may have no influence on the results of the individual tests.

2. The Actuation machine at the Malvern for measuring droplet size distribution

The Bottle Booster is for the time being the only actuation machine which is able to fit into the Malvern and has no influence to the test results: A robust test method can be created.

Tests to check spray pattern are easy performed with this simple device.
